It seems like Apple has barely gotten it’s latest round of products out on the market, when speculation begins on ‘what’s next.’

And what’s next for the tech innovator is something it usually doesn’t do — follow the crowd.

Bloomberg News reported that next year Apple will unveil iPhones that are not only bigger, but curved.

Samsung anyone?

The Korean phone and tablet maker has been stealing some of Apple’s lustre lately and, they say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery, then Samsung should be flattered.

Bloomberg reported that next year’s iPhone models would measure 4.7 inches and 5.5 inches, both of which are larger than the standard 4 inch display that Apple is known for.

Apple has been losing market share to Samsung as more people prefer to have a larger screen (Samsung’s Galaxy is 5.7 inches) for the web surfing, apps and games.

If the rumours are true, then the new iPhones should be released in the third quarter of 2014.  The new iPhones are also supposedly be able to detect different levels of pressure by the user. n
