Bermuda Gas seems to have been making the most of its live kitchen space as of late, most recently inviting local designers and architects to view its Viking outdoor kitchen equipment.

Invited guests were able to taste first hand the mouthwatering samples cooked on the BBQ including striploin kebabs and marinated haloumi lollipops.

Vince Colligan, Vice President of Sales for manufacturer Carl Schaedel was on hand to discuss the Viking appliances.

Meanwhile, PR Cynthia Wright was enlightening me about the potential for local food enthusiasts to use the two live kitchens, one indoor and one outdoor, for all manner of culinary events.

Just recently, nutritionist Ashley Tucker held a public food demonstration at the 25 Serpentine Road facility.

Anyone interested in booking the space to host an event can call Cynthia on 298-6141.
