FRIDAY, MAY 18: A Bermuda spa has been ranked one of the world’s best.

La Serena Spa at the Reefs is ranked number seven in the top 25 spas in the Atlantic/Caribbean region in a survey by the prestigious Condé Nast Traveller magazine.

La Serena manager Helen Bryan said: “Clients love La Serena’s stunning ocean views and intimate, tranquil atmosphere, which allows for a personal connection and a high level of service.

“The fact that our Elemis treatments are of the highest quality and reasonably-priced allow guests and locals to retreat to our sanctuary more frequently to relax and focus on their overall wellbeing.”

But La Serena is not the only Bermuda spa to make the list — Rosewood Tucker’s Point is listed at 10, while the Fairmount Southampton makes number 12.

The annual poll also includes a price for basic massage, with La Serena being rated as the most affordable at $129.

Condé Nast Traveller rated spas across the region based on treatments, staff and facilities.

It is the third year running that The Reefs has made the Condé Nast top spas list.

The full list is available online and will be featured in the June issue of the magazine.

La Serena is open Wednesday to Sunday from 8am to 8pm and from 10am to 6pm on Mondays and Tuesdays.
