Jarryd Dillas moved to the top of the leaderboard as Bermuda continued to dominate the Island Games golf tournament yesterday.

The 23-year-old lies on three-under-par, one shot ahead of the Isle of Man's David Jones.

Daniel Augustus is currently in third on level par.

But 17-year-old Damian Palanyandi's (pictured) medal hopes appear to be up after a nightmare round saw him plummet from first to tenth.

The teenager shot a nine-over-par 81 and will enter tomorrow's final round ten shots off the pace on seven-over-par.

Camiko Smith is a further three shots back in 12th.

Bermuda is virtually assured of at least one gold in golf though with the combined efforts of the island foursome leaving them 11 shots ahead in the team competition going into the final day.

In the women's event Aland's Jenny Haggblom, on two-under, looks to have secured gold. Bermuda's Ebonie Burgess is currently in third on 14 over with Tariquah Walikraam eighth on 19 over. In the team event Bermuda is currently in third.
