MONDAY, SEPT 24: World On Wireless (WOW) announced on Monday it is offering on-demand service for TV programmes and movies.

On-Demand works through the set top box with on-screen instructions and search tools. It costs $9.95 per month, with KidsUnlimited, YouTube and Karaoke as part of the bundle. Movies are priced from $3.99 and include recent releases.

Unlike internet-based services, WOW’s On-Demand is delivered through the TV aerial and therefore does not count against a customer’s monthly internet data cap.

Stanley Wright, WOW CEO, said in a press release: “We’re always looking to give our customers more value.

“The On-Demand package enriches our already great products and we’re excited to introduce it to Bermuda. There is something for everyone and the list of shows and movies keeps growing every week.”

WOW is offering the first 100 On-Demand subscribers free service for six months and is also giving the first 25 subscribers a complimentary set top box, which has a $195 value.

For full details of how to subscribe go to the WOW website at www.wow.bm, or call WOW at 292-1969.
