A 48-year-old man was today remanded into custody for allegedly leaving faeces at the house of a Filipino woman.
Carlos Astwood of Southcote Road, Paget denied stalking the woman between November 10, 2012 and February 26.
He also denied racially harassing her during that same time period.
Finally, Mr Astwood pleaded not guilty to hovering, lurking or prowling around her home on December 9 and February 25.
The court heard Mr Astwood put human faeces on her property.
He was remanded into custody and will stand trial in March.
Mr Astwood was not represented.
