Bermuda Docs back with a bang
WEDNESDAY, OCT. 3: Documentaries about the tennis playing William sisters, and US President Barak Obama’s half sister are on the line-up for the Bermuda Documentary Film Festival.
Venus and Serena takes us through a journey of debilitating injuries and a life-threatening illness while chronicling the Williams’ rise to the top of the tennis world.
The Education of Auma Obama provides a portrait of the US president’s inspirational elder sister — a teacher in Kenya.
The festival also includes The World Before Her; Beware of Mr Baker; The Imposter; Bitter Seeds; We Are Legion; and Italy: Love It Or Leave It.
As usual the Bermuda Sun will be providing independent reviews of a selection of films.
