City Market moves to Washington Street
WEDNESDAY, NOV. 16: The City of Hamilton today announced the opening of the City Market in a new location.
Making the announcement, City of Hamilton Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Edward Benevides stated, “The City of Hamilton is pleased to once again support the organizers of the City Market. After close consultation, we have identified a new location for the market. It will now be located on Washington Street (across from Pasta Basta). The spot is ideal because there is plenty of parking nearby, including Bulls Head Car Park and it is a vacant space that has been prepared specifically for this important city event.”
Mr. Benevides concluded, “This season’s City Market will incorporate home grown and home made goods by residents of Bermuda. We look forward to another spectacular year and encourage everyone to visit and shop each Saturday now til June, 8:00am to noon.”
In the event of inclement weather, the City Market will be held on the second level of Bulls Head Car Park.
