Death of Police Constable Sandy Rowe
Commissioner of Police Michael DeSilva - It is with great sadness that I report the untimely passing of our colleague and friend, Police Constable Sandy Rowe, who was in hospital overseas [in the US] at the time of her death earlier today (Sunday, February 12th). The cause of her death is not clear at this time, but the news comes as a shock. Sandy joined us in February 2007 as a trained police officer from her home in Jamaica. I have asked my colleagues to keep her family in our thoughts and prayers as they cope with their extremely sad loss.[[In-content Ad]]
