A spin-off of hit 2008 comedy Forgetting Sarah Marshall, focusing on its larger-than-life rock star Aldous Snow (British comedian Russell Brand).

Aldous is to perform a 10-year anniversary show at L.A.’s Greek Theatre but getting the flamboyant star there on time and in a fit state to perform will be a challenge.

The task is given to ambitious young record company intern Aaron Green (Jonah Hill), who sees it as a career- making assignment and a way to give his life a bit of much-needed excitement.

What ensues is a life- changing rollercoaster ride of comic mishaps served up with lashings of sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll.

The humour is lewd and crude but there are some good one-liners.
