Mr. Hayward,

I wanted to tell you how impressed I was with your article in the Bermuda Sun (Sept. 3).  I greatly appreciated your understanding and explanation on the social/economic involvement that ties into crime, misguidance - and especially the need for more demographic studies.

I read a book called Freakonomics which gave me an outstanding appreciation of social economic

issues and the underlying answers.  I think this kind of study or pinpointing of actual facts is what we need to truly understand the society we live in.
