OneBeacon declares $1.21 dividend
OneBeacon Insurance Group has declared a combined regular and special dividend of $1.21 per share.
It is payable in cash on June 30 to holders of record of common shares as of the close of business on June 17.
The Bermuda-domiciled company will distribute about $114 million through this dividend.
The per share dividend amount reflects a $1 special dividend and a 21 cents regular quarterly dividend.
