A St George's man today denied the Christmas Day murder of Malcolm Augustus.
Wolda Gardner, 33, appeared at the monthly Arraignments Session in Supreme Court where he pleaded not guilty to the premeditated murder of Mr Augustus.
Mr Gardner also denied using a firearm to commit an indictable offense, namely premeditated murder.
Crown counsel Carrington Mahoney requested the matter be rolled over to the next arraignment session.
He said: "The co-accused was captured in the UK, Patrick Stamp.
"He's fighting extradition and his matter will be heard in the UK today."
Puisne Judge Carlisle Greaves adjourned the matter to June 3 and remanded Mr Gardner into custody.
Mr Augustus was gunned down on St George's Golf Course in the early hours of Christmas morning, last year.
