Man denies assault and damage
A 36-year-old man today denied assaulting another man.
Jahvonne James pleaded not guilty to unlawfully assaulting Michael James on March 10 in Warwick and causing him bodily harm.
Mr James also denied willfully destroying a glass door that was property of Michael James, causing $800 worth of damage.
The matter was adjourned for trial on July 17.
The defendant was given $2,000 bail with one surety.
