Norwegian Breakaway Christening Ceremony - LIVE!
The Norwegian Breakaway’s official christening is at 3pm Bermuda time today.
The ship’s godmothers, the renowned Rockettes, will do the honours.
Bermuda Premier Craig Cannonier and Tourism Minister Shawn Crockwell will be just some of the dignitaries on hand to take in this spectacle. Norwegian CEO Kevin Sheehan will, of course, be on hand to deliver a few words on this historic moment for the cruise line.
Iron Chef Geoffrey Zakarian will be there as well as ‘Cake Boss’ Buddy Valastro. It is expected New York City Mayor and part-time Bermuda resident Michael Bloomberg will also be on hand to take in the festivities.
The Bermuda Sun, in partnership with Norwegian Cruise Lines, is happy to bring you this event.
