Man denies sex assault on young girl
A 25-year-old man appeared in court this morning accused of sexually assaulting a young girl.
The man, who cannot be named for legal reasons, pleaded not guilty to unlawfully denying the 15-year-old girl of her liberty, committing a sexual assault on her and unlawfully assaulting her.
The alleged offences happened on May 25 in St George’s.
Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner remanded the defendant into custody for two weeks.
