A 37-year-old man today denied threatening a man.
Darren Pitt pleaded not guilty to uttering threatening words by saying “You’re dead” and behaving in a threatening manner towards Oliver Harvey, approaching him while holding a knife on January 7 in Pembroke.
Mr Pitt also denied possession of a bladed article in a public place, a brown wooden handled knife in KFC, on the same date.
The matter was adjourned until April 16 for trial. Mr Pitt was granted $5,000 bail with one surety.
