Fashion flash mob hits the streets
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 25: Glam Rock, a flash mob fashion show will take place tomorrow afternoon in Hamilton.
The event is being organized by Fatimaya Inc and starts at 1pm outside Trends in Reid Street.
Maya Furbert of Fatimaya said the show will incorporate 70s, 80s, and 90s fashions with glamorous trends.
“This is a ‘Flash Mob’ fashion show, and therefore will be taking place in a busy environment and will be fast.
“This event will be full of excitement and unique to the island of Bermuda, taking note there has never been something like this before. “
The show will include the new trends of leather, fur and suspicious fabrics.
“This will be an event that will have your fashion taste buds dancing to a 1970s groove,” said Ms Furbert.
“From hourglass tight dresses to sleek fur boots, this will be the main hotspot for the day.
“All items are exclusive but elegant at the same time. Can I say luxe?”
This will be the third fashion show to be launched from Fatimaya. It will be followed by the Small Business Saturdays Sale at Inna Heights from 2pm to 8pm. This offers clothing and accessories, plus oils, incense and massage therapy for inner healing.
There will also be 10 per cent off all Fatimaya new arrivals and 25 per cent off massages as well as ten-minute massages.
If you spend $75 with Fatimaya you will receive 25 per cent off massages.
