Bermuda martial arts legend Skipper Ingham recently recieved a lifetime achievement award from USA Goju. That organization is composed of students of the late grandmaster Peter Urban. Sekwii Sha, who coordinated the Urban Cup Commemorative Tournament.

They contacted the Bermuda Karate Institute last week to advise the award had been presented to Ingham Ingham, and his wife Kristina, who were unable to attend the awards ceremony because they were in Okinawa to train with sensei Yoshio Hichiya, chairman of the Okinawa Karatedo Federation and the Okinawa Karate Gojuryu Association.[[In-content Ad]]
