Ironkids this Saturday

What do Flora Duffy and Tyler Butterfield have in common?

They both were got their triathlon careers started in Ironkids.

This Saturday the CAPITAL G Ironkids will take place at Clearwater beach starting at noon.

"Iron Kids is the event in Bermuda for our young athletes to showcase themselves, however we must not forget that the most important thing about this event is for all our young athletes to participate and just have plain fun," said James Gibbons, president and CEO of CAPITAL G Limited, in a press release.

Iron Kids Race Director Neil de ste Croix, said: "This event is the largest children's only triathlon of the year and is designed as a developmental event to introduce youngsters to the sport." He added: "To see so many youngsters come out for the first time is great and to see those who have competed in the past indicates that they had a positive experience in the past."

Triathlon registration fee is $10 for children 7-14 and Tiny Tots (3-6) are free! Forms are available at the CAPITAL G Bank Welcome Desk and online at www.capital-g.com - Corporate Information.
