9:30pm – Dinner will commence and Randy will be joined by the rest of his band to form Tempo. They will play throughout dinner.

11:30pm - Several members of the Bermuda Islands Pipe Band will play and they will lead those who wish to brave the elements over to the flag poles to the east of the resort (a short walk) overlooking the old Towne. Piero’s team will already have a good fire going to keep out any chill, and be ready to serve complimentary champagne to toast 2013. There is a fabulous vantage point to watch the fireworks in the old Towne. (Tempo will continue to play in Griffin's for those of you who wish to stay in the relative warmth and see the New Year in there).

12:30pm - Return to Griffin's Bistro at about half past midnight and the staff will serve a traditional Italian New Year dish of sausage and lentils that is said to bring good luck to all. There will also be a small but good quality Champagne menu available as well as wine. Tempo will play into the "wee hours" for your continued enjoyment and dancing.

The menu can be seen at www.facebook.com/GriffinsBistro or available by calling the number below. Those interested in staying the night at The Club to avoid driving after drinking can contact 297-1200 for special rates or to book a table for the Gala New Year’s Eve event.
