Smile, you'll make guests happier
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 21: Fairmont Southampton staff have launched a smile campaign to make guests feel more welcome.
Hotel manager Rita Healey said: “We have a group of very dedicated colleagues who have joined the task force on further improving our guest services.
“We’re looking for every way we can to get out colleagues to smile.”
Mrs Healey said the campaign is focused on visitors.
“We will be having a smile board in each department.
“We will have smile of the day that will be sent out every day and it will be something that will make everyone smile.”
The manager said the hotels would run the campaign through April to keep it fresh and new.
