Travel expert to speak at conference

Doug Lansky has contributed to National Geographic, the Huffington Post, Lonely Planet and Rough Guides.

Premier Paula Cox will make the opening remarks and participate in a round table session along with Grace Shelton, US Consul General, Jeremy Cox, CEO of the Bermuda Monetary Authority, and G. Rees Fletcher, president and CEO of ACE Bermuda.

The conference aims to offer participants insight from veteran captive owners; the education you need to make a captive succeed; and the chance to network with captive managers and service providers.

The event comes at a crucial time for the industry and for the Bermuda market, with increased competition from a growing number of captive domiciles.

Risk managers and other industry executives will come to Bermuda seeking fresh information on the status of the economy, the future of the captive industry and their own corporate insurance programmes.
