Which Hallowe'en parties will you be at this year?

It is the time of year to get your freak on and there are a host of Hallowe’en parties around the ­island to do it.

Here is a selection of the ­weekend’s events aside from The Haunted Playground and Fright Night featured in Fright Night's new venue very, very voodoo.

B.P.R.F.C.’s 1st Anuual Hallowe’en Band Bash

- When: Friday, October 29 from 9pm to 2am

-Where: Robin Hood pub

- Tickets: $20.

Live music lovers are in for a treat at the Bermuda Police ­Rugby Club’s first ever ­Hallowe’en party ­featuring ­wayward rock ‘n rollers Vinyl Jam. Turn up in your fancy dress and enjoy the band and a DJ.

True blood

- When: Saturday, October 30. From 10pm. Return boat to town leaves Dockyard at 2:30am and 3:30am for $5.

- Where: Snorkel Park Beach

- Tickets: $30 in advance from DJ’s, Kit & Cabodle in Hamilton and on the door. Pre-party boat tickets are $40. Call: 234-6989 or 332-2537 for more information.

The vampire series has achieved a cult following — can its namesake party do the same? Billed as the ­island’s first haunted beach party, the proof will have to be in the pumpkin ­pudding.

Prizes will be given to sexiest ­female, best male and best couple costumes.

There is a pre-party boat trip for $40 leaving ­Albuoy’s Point at 8:30pm sharp.

Twilight — The Hallowe’en Sequel

- When: Saturday, October 30 from 10am to 3am

- Where: Light Nightclub, formerly the Whitehorse

- Tickets: $20 all night or $10 if you come in a Halowe’en costume.

Wild Apache is celebrating ­Hallowe’en with an all day all night spook fest. You will be in good hands as  Count Dracular is taking care of security. This is a party for all Twiglight Movie fans who want to party.

There will be musical entertainment by I-Mega, Twin Starr, DJ Sheep and King Jyrus. The event is for those aged 18 and over.

Hallowe’en Cartoon Ville Cruise

- When: Saturday, October 30. Be at Albuoy’s Point at midnight, Uber Vida cruise ship leaves at 12:30am sharp and returns at 3am

- Where: Uber Vida at Albuoy’s Point

- Tickets: $20 tickets are available on: 599-5506 or via email on: [email protected]

Bermuda’s newest party boat invites you to hop aboard its midnight cruise dressed as your favourite cartoon or fairytale character. There will be music by “Mickey Mouse” who will play cartoon hits and sing along tunes. Revellers’ livers are being warned against the “funnel monster” while there will be endless ectoplasm and Jello shots for $1. There is a full bar and BBQ aboard.

Annual Mariners Hallowe’en Ball

- When: Saturday, October 30. From 8pm to 2am

- Where: Flanagans and Outback

- Tickets: $15 in advance from any Mariners rugby team member or by emailing Johnny at: [email protected] or online at: www.premiertickets.bm. Tickets are $20 on the door.

You know it’s going to be a heavy night when it’s organized by the Mariners rugby crew. There will be happy hour drink prices, free shots, fairground games and prizes for the best and worst costumes.

TRFC Blood

- When: Saturday, October 30. From 9pm to 3am

- Where: Docksiders

- Tickets: $15 by emailing: [email protected]

The Teachers Rugby Club is hosts its very own Hallowe’en event at Docksiders.
