White's equipment to be auctioned

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 22: Equipment at White’s Southside will be auctioned off on Thursday, September 27.

The defunct supermarket, along with Hayward’s, was closed down by liquidators on August 17. The main White & Son’s store in Warwick was put in receivership on August 10.

Customers had complained of lack of goods for sale at the three stores before they were shut down.

KPMG Advisory Services, the liquidator, will be holding an auction of the store’s equipment on Thursday of next week from 10am to 3:30pm.
