Lisa Blackburn stormed to her third gold medal at the Central American and Caribbean Swimming Championships in San Jose, Costa Rica.

She won the women’s 200m butterfly in a time of 2:31.05.

Blackburn, 41, has now won four medals at the Championships, including a silver.
