Alleged candy thief to face trial
A St George’s woman today denied stealing candies and gum from a pharmacy.
Kelli Sue Miller, 43 denied stealing two packages of Twix, two packages of Mentos and two packages of gum from Robert’s Drugstore in St George’s worth $8.10 on July 23.
The court heard Ms Miller has a previous conviction for the same offence and is on a conditional discharge.
The matter was adjourned to September 17 and Ms Miller was granted $2,000 bail.
