Victory for Crossfire
The Bermuda Offshore Cruising Association’s Veuve Clicquot series was back in action on Sunday.
In the second race of the series, Crossfire, helmed by Brian Hillier, won the Sprit Division in a corrected time of three hours and 21 seconds, with Trevor Boyce’s Yabsta in second with a corrected time of 3:01:38. Sadiiqi, helmed by Pete Ramsdale, was third with a corrected time of 3:03:37.
Yabsta hold the overall lead by three (nett) points.
In the Non-Sprit Division, Neil Redburn’s Solaise won the day in a corrected time of 3:17:43 from the challenge of Premier Cru, helmed by Roger Beach, which came home in a corrected time of 3:21:28.
